Line Up of Team for NIGHTof the JUMps Munich

After the furious start of the NIGHT of the JUMPs in Berlin in February, the three teams for Munich are fixed: Team Czech Republic vs. Team Spain vs. Team World!

Of course, German FMX World Champion and X Games winner Luc Ackermann will be there in Munich. After his cruciate ligament rupture in August 22, he has only recently started training and first shows. As team captain of Team World he wants to attack directly with his double backflips, 360s and tsunami flips in Munich. He will be supported by NIGHT of the JUMPs newcomer from Down Under Harry Bink. He caused a sensation at the last Nitro World Games in Brisbane when he jumped a triple backflip and won gold. Brice Izzo, the French runner-up of 2012, completes the world selection.

Team Czech Republic comes to Munich with a former world champion. Libor Podmol, the World Champion from 2010, celebrates his comeback at the NIGHT of the JUMPs. He wants to prove that you can still do spectacular tricks at an advanced age. Of course Filip Podmol, the "Young Ninja" and brother of Libor must not be missing. Internationally, Filip caused a sensation in Latin America in 2022. But he also convinced with Team Czech Republic on the first day of NIGHT of the JUMPs Berlin, where they won the first Freestyle of Nation of the year. Already there he was assisted by young Matej Cesak, who regularly causes a sensation in the Best Whip at NIGHT of the JUMPs and has already beaten X Games winners like Edgar Torronteras there.

Spain will be the third team to enter the race. "La Furia Rocha" comes to Berlin with two absolute world stars. As "Capitán", five-time FMX World Champion Maikel Melero wants to lead his team to victory with front flips and body varials. He will be joined on the mission by Abraham Parra, who finished second in the Spanish FMX Championship. Completing the trio will be wild FMX torrero Marc Pinyol. The FMX athlete from Lleides stands for breathtaking tricks, but he has also already had some blatant crashes on the NIGHT of the JUMPs track.

Joining these firecrackers from the FMX scene will be top-class mountain bike and BMX stars, who will throw themselves down from the new 10.50-meter-high NIGHT of the JUMPs tower. The FMX teams will each be completed by a Pedalo athlete, who will also collect points for the respective team in the MTB Best Trick. From the German MTB scene, Nico Scholze and Leon Binkebank will be taking part. Alexandro Bonafe is traveling all the way to Munich from Spain with his bike.

Advance sales for the NIGHT of the JUMPs in Munich on March 25, 2023 are in full swing. Tickets are available from 41.65 euros plus fees at Eventim.

For all those who can not make it to Munich there is a live stream again with the extended chat function in which again the worldwide top freestyle will be guests.
